Spider Man 4, looks like the next Doom!

The first person scene of him running around and swinging brought back memories of watching the guy in Doom run around with a chainsaw. This reboot looks like it'll be a major fail. At least Doom was entertaining to watch when baked

Putting my objections to this dumbass movie aside, the first-person perspective would actually be freaking awesome to watch in IMAX/3d.

That looks like shit. Because Batman has been so successful, and it's dark, they think that making the movies dark and angsty is going to make them better. They're also making the new Superman movie the same way.
So many cries of inequality stem from one of group
of people doing little or nothing and then bitching
about another group that actually does something
    to improve their lives.

Dark is the new "cool", Not only in movies you can also see it evolving into music.

I was hoping this reboot would have been done a lot better so they could have had a good Venom and Carnage story for the second and third movies which will inevitably be made.

    Emo-Hulk is Cranky!!!!
Coarse edged youth, the irish pendants string from their smiles
not yet plucked as to slacken the seams
and drag down the features of age,
no folds or creases from unkempt wear
    eyes of tranquilty, crystalline-beads
no sign of despair in their hair, nor their hearts
but oh they have yet to be experienced and that makes aging so very worth it...ML circa2012

Hopefully that is only a small part of the movie. Im sure this movie will be better then the last 3 romance movies.

Okay, teenager bit by radioactive spider turns into superhero is bizarre enough, but I can get past that. Oddly, maybe, what bothers me the most is that the audience is supposed to believe a kid can created that kind of costume out of items found in his home.

    No.

What, is his family in the apparel industry? Or is it that since a spider can weave these incredible webs then the Spider-Man can likewise create an incredible costume? One of his super powers is his seamstress sense? Gtfo.
