Plot Synopsis - A story of an international Navy fleet engaged in a very dynamic and intense battle against an alien race is known as “The Regents”. The aliens come to planet Earth, on a mission to build a power source in the ocean. Upon their visit, they come in contact with a navy fleet. The film is also purported to show both sides of the story, from the aliens’ perspective, as well as the humans.
Battleship is directed by action veteran Peter Berg and stars Liam Neeson, Alexander Skarsgard, Brooklyn Decker, Taylor Kitsch, Josh Pence and Rihanna. The invasion begins on May 18, 2012.

I saw the trailer earlier today, it seems great, for some reason it reminded me of transformers, maybe just the sounds of the alien space ship...

Yeah I'm sick of stars who think they can do it all, stick to what you know. Will Smith is a better actor than rapper, but P-Diddy, Ice-Cube, etc. need to stick to music stop stealing jobs from real actors and stop stealing clothing designers jobs. Why does J-Lo have to have a music career, clothing line, acting career, modeling career and be a judge for a karaoke contest? Let someone who had the dream to do this have a chance to reach their goals, the more of these assholes flooding other positions the less chance a truly talented person has of making it.....The less people making most of the money the less it gets spread around.....How many moguls does it take before we all end up as peasants?

The idea of a movie based on a board game is so stupid it borders on retarded.
However...what I've seen looks very interesting. They shouldn't have associated it with the game.So many cries of inequality stem from one of group
of people doing little or nothing and then bitching
about another group that actually does something
to improve their lives.
