WOW!! What a difference!! When I did the first test I was logged on to AOL and WinMX, I got a speed of 554.3

With just the browser I got: 1854.5

Here's my technique........if I run two windows and really strain this little bitch, first I turn off the Avi's (just noticed w8's changed

) and Sigs.......I click, send, submit, whatever...then I have time to go w8 on a customer, go pee, or make food....and when I come back...the page is almost loaded!

BTW....the first URL...if you just go to

Then go to tools...there are a bunch of "free" tweaking options for your puter...I understand CNET has some too.

Maybe the tekkies here can advise?
