    Hogging up equipment

I was working out yesterday and decided to use 2 dumbbells on the floor. This woman comes running over saying "no no, I'm using them." I was ok until I notice that she did the same thing to another guy who wanted to do the lat pulldown. This woman was using 3 different stations and the 2 dumbbells on the ground. Being at home using your own personal gym is one thing, but at a public gym, have some courtesy for other members who want to work out. I think that annoys the hell out of me; that and smelly body odor.

I believe we had a similar rant just a little while ago but as with the other post...I totally agree.

    Fucking circuit trainers

You should print off some info on "curves" for her. If women want to work out like sissies, they can go to their own gym.

(I'd like to point out I do know some bitches that work out pretty damn hard)

people get mad at me when I do my curls in the squat rack, I use the mirror for mind to muscle connection. And I like to grunt REALLY loud, I think this helps the blood to flow, but i share well with others

Just ask her politely if you can work in with her. Unless she owns the gym, she really has no choice but to let you use the equipment along with her. If she objects, just explain to her that you need to use the same equipment she is using, and do your set anyway. Let her complain to ownership if she has a problem. Gyms almost always have rules against hogging equipment, and for good reason. Nobody has the right to monopolize equipment.

The gym has only 1 mirror? Can't you put the barbell on the floor outside the rack and do your curls from there? And if you can't deadlift from the floor the amount of weight that you're curling, you need to work on your deadlift instead.

Even worse are the punks that load a max 235 on the only leg press machine in the gym that can be loaded up with 1k pounds worth of weight and then think it's their right to go have conversations with their friends for 10 minutes between their sets and monopolize the equipment for 30 minutes when others are waiting to use it.

I thought when I added the grunting part there would be no doubt that "I was kidding"

Yeah, I thought it would be obvious, you guys must have some funny people at your gyms if you thought it could be a true story

There was a guy who went by the nickname "Clubber" who acted exactly as you described. The manager finally kicked him out permanently after he literally scared off two noobs who were checking out the gym and wanted to sign contracts.
