Gee, this is tough one for me so I can't vote on this right now!
I didn't add forearms and I know I should've and I know I forgot some things as well.......
I might lean towards cardio because it consumes so much time!

SQUATS, definately SQUATS....
I always challenge myself when doing them because
I don't do them as much as I should (about once every 2 weeks);
They always make me feel kind of SICK TO DEATH!!!
You must have great wheels for the whole body to look good;
I like to wear shorts as well as short sleeved shirts!

Two votes for squats. I fuqqin' hate 'em.
Wow there is so much squat hating going on. If I had to pick only one exercise to do for the rest of my life it would be squats!

Oh I do the squats, just HATE them because I always feel sick from doing them. I eat plenty to ensure my body has alot of fuel for the squats but as I feel stronger in the legs, I challenge myself more and feel like crap.
Have you ever felt like throwing up and can't run or walk anyplace because your legs are SCREAMING for relief;

I hate working biceps. Worked my friggin ass off for so many years to build my twigs up, and now I can't stand any bicep exercise.

That was probably my second choice. Although my biceps aren't small, I just hate doing them! I actually do an arms day preferably more Triceps and one large set or two movements for Biceps..... What I do is in my back workout (alternating every other week) I try to incorporate more bicep movement while doing back)(Lat pulldowns-reverse grip etc.)
I could do without having any more leg days, damn that would be nice.
