Check out the graphs below to see what 30 years of neo-liberal economic policy has done to the US and the working class...

Home | State of Working America

monetary policy from the FRB is providing stimulus to the big banks and this weakens the US dollar, but opens up the bond market. wallstreet is using interest rate derivatives to bet against the dollar.

Here, here, Mike Lofgren. I raise my glass to you, sir. Cause it's not even your last day on the job!

Political Terrorism, you obviously must've ventured onto this site a couple of times before, huh?

I believe everything you've just said has been uttered over and over again here... Yet, this is to no avail, because the majority of the American masses have been deluded so cleverly. Even though the GOPs only criterion is to help the rich in this country, and this is so transparent it's just absurd they have followers that live barefoot and in the mountains of Tenn. and still eat road kill.

That's not the absurd part, the absurd part is that they eat government cheese and are on Medicare, yet think the government is evil.

the neo-cons are master manipulators. they have so many duped into thinking that they are "fiscally" conservative when they are the biggest receivers of fed monies in terms of fed tax dollars and subsidies.

Congressional Staffer Mike Lofgren Turns on His Fellow Republicans - The Daily Beast

"I should say before we get to the gravamen of Lofgren’s case that there is something in pieces like this that is a little bit too convenient for my side: a Republican with three decades of service to his party writes a scabrous attack on them, and it’s eloquent to boot! It makes me proceed with a little caution. On the other hand, James Fallows wrote over the weekend that while Lofgren was unknown to most of us, “among people who have covered or worked in the national-security field, he is a familiar and highly esteemed figure.” Jim being one of the very top journalists in the country, that’s a pretty valuable testimonial that eases the mind somewhat."

not at all, just that some long time republicans who have the balls to speak out are not happy at all with the direction and policies of their party and are voicing their concern.

below is an article from 2010 that was written by David Stockman who was Ronald Reagan's Budget Chief.

    GHB 1989-1993
