    little advice

    ok everyone here's a few front pics. I need to know basically what i should work on. I'm trying to stay proportional. ill post a few other pics once I get someone to take them but until then what do u recommend?

    You've got some height and that's a good thing. Work your whole body equally & don't neglect your legs, calves and traps. Eat, eat and eat some more!

    So very tiny! Looks like the Hollywood workout, I would be surprised if you said you did compound lifts. If you want to become thicker, do what Iron said: compound push/pull and load up on food.

    The other day I was at the gym. There was a 6'3" guy with humungous lats. They had stretch marks on them. However, his calves were smaller than mine, and I'm only 5'10".

    didn't know 200 at 6ft was tiny? anyways for my size I'm pretty strong. 235x8 on decline and 320 orm on flat. I agree with the legs I've been working them hard to get them caught up. thanks for the advice guys

    Maybe you are stretched out, I dunno.. based on the pics you have very little muscle on the sides (lats) compared to the rest. Maybe I just like em thicker Nonetheless, good eye candy.

    2 grams of Test. E. a week with a handful of orals first thing in the morning for 3 months and you'll be where you want to be even though you don't know where that is. GICH.

    ya I'm sure running 2grams will get me jacked along with screwing my endocrin system up and leaving me with little to no test for life. thanks construction I've worked hard to get where I am and i try to eat as much as possible just sucks when i work 10 hrs a day and only get 1 break. imo if u can bench over 100lbs over ur bodybweight ur doing damn good. for time I've spent out of the gym since I got outa school an the time I've been back in I've grown a ton. went from 175 to 200 in 4 months
    oh and my goals are 230 and less then 10%

    Yea bro, 10 hrs a day at work will def put your goals back a bit....you could always bring extra food to work with you each day to add another meal to ur diet if you dont do that already....rock out legs and ur upper body will gain a bit more too. Again, u look fine to me boss.....keep us posted on your progress and don't mind that "hollywood workout" cunt.......just sayin

    ill be starting a cycle as soon as my gear gets here and I agree I am a little on the small side that's why I'm busting my ass. but as far as I've come I'm happy with but i won't be satisfied till I'm at 230 and lean. then I'm sure ill be looking for the 250 lol

    pct I got nolva and clomid
    nolva 40/40/20/20
