    if capitalism worked perfectly there would be no need for it but it does not and especially not after 40 years of neo-liberalism. the US spends the least amount on social protections out of all highly industrialized wealthy nations in the OECD, only Mexico and Turkey spend less. we also have the highest percentage of low paid workers in the OECD at 25% of the labor force and the greatest amount if income inequality.

    if birth control was made free to those in the lower income quintiles TANF payments could even be reduced lower.

    I think our government is a bunch of shit. To much control. IMO, we the people have no voice and that is now how is was suppose to be. We can't blame any one administration, each one has added a bunch of shit to the pot and the huge debt that we are in. It is sad to see where we are headed.

    I believe it has been, it is part of the health care bill.
