The owner of a golf course in a small town in central Louisiana was confused about paying an invoice.
Realizing that he had a highly educated blonde secretary on the payroll, he decided to ask the blonde secretary for some mathematical help. He called her into his office on Bolton Ave. and said, "You graduated from Texas University.
If I were to give you $20,000, minus 14%, how much would you take off?"
The secretary thought a moment, then replied, "Everything but my
earrings!"
