    DEA making new felons.

So if you have your medicinal marijuana card a new federal law was instated saying that it is a felony for you to own a firearm. This law is putting thousands of MMC in a position of becoming felons.
States voted for this right now the government is taking it away and making American criminals.

    Discuss..........

I don't see why y'all need weed anyways. You could get narcotic pain meds right from the doctor legally and skip all the 2nd amendment bullshit. Or just throw back a bottle of Johnny walker. Just saying. . .

I just quit smoking but I will never judge anyone for it. There are different kinds of people who do it though. I loved to try different strains and methods of ingestion. But a lot of people are just trashy and I think that's why it gets looked down on.

They should legalize nugs and still keep schwag illegal. I think that'd be the best thing ever!

The point is that it's safer than all of those things you mentioned. There is such a thing as responsible weed use.

And if you think that just because you get some perc's from your dr. they are okay? You are plain brainwashed. FDA is a fucking joke.

Lol, that's fucked if you think its easier to try and persuade a doctor to give you some kind of decent opiate instead of getting pot. All it takes is a phone call and I get the stuff delivered right to me. That's pretty convenient IMO.
I love getting high, I hate getting low, and I like to drive my truck down a muddy dirt road.

I'm a great believer in luck and I find that the harder I work, the more I have of it.

I meant convenient as well as legal. I could go to the doctor tomorrow and tell him I have the symptoms of a pinched nerve. Last time I did that legitimately, I received a 180 count bottle for 10mg vicodins for $60. Like I said , easier and legal and I don't have to worry about the firearm thing as mentioned earlier.

I would personally rather get a bottle of nice scotch and call it a day in front of all that shit. Know what I am saying?

We are not talking about death, we are talking about getting high so I don't know how tobacco even fits in. Just saying, weed is the last avenue I would look for trying to get high. Tommy , you can refrain from being a doozy

Couldn't disagree more. Alcohol makes you do stupid shit, things you normally wouldnt do, and impairs your coordination and basically makes you retarded. Not to mention you feel like shit the next day if you drink too much, its super addictive, ruins lives, you have to go to rehab, dude I could go on all day.

Weed doesn't make you do things you wouldn't normally do, doesn't make you kill people when you drive, you can smoke your fukn brains out and wake up fine the next morning, ever seen a marriage break up over weed or know someone that went to rehab for it?

Once again, the fact that weed is illegal and alcohol is legal is one of the core reasons I think people are stupid. It's not even an argument over which is worse for you and society in general, alcohol is worse on every front.

Alcohol benefits society as opposed to weed. Back in the day, hundreds of years ago, 1/3 of the federal budget was from the sales of booze alone.

So you're telling me that not one life was ruined by weed ever?

This is my thing with the whole situation.

The DEA has gotten this passed via executive order. It puts law abiding citizens in a position to forfeit their firearms or become felons. THAT IS THE BULLSHIT. No one says if you get vicodin for back problems you cant own a gun. But if you get weed for cancer and you have a gun your a felon. What a crock of shit.

Our government really needs to focus on their shortcomings instead of pushing senseless orders through. We are in a financial meltdown and they are wasting my tax dollars that pay their bill on weed? Come the fuck on.

Worthless is the only thing that comes to mind.

As for the above conversations. Weed is safer than alcohol and tobacco and any opiate you get from the doctor. Drunks kill people. Tobacco kills people. Opium based products kill people. Weed deaths recorded in history?????? ZERO.

You either are trolling or have down syndrome. No matter which one it is, you should stay in Anything Goes.

Hemp is far more beneficial. Its cheaper than cotton and makes better clothing. Tons of applications for hemp use. Its so multi dimensional that during WW2 is was legalized for growth again. After the war it was banned. I would say it has been beneficial to society.

Tell someone who lost their kid because of a drunk driver that Alcohol has benefitted society.

Look, I am sorry to disturb everyone's degenerate weed driven universe. I say to each their own, I was respectfully saying that whiskey does the same job for me. Apparently the immaturity lies with those who can't hold a normal conversation without disrespecting others I.e spouting off at the mouth and calling names. Don't be pissed because, you tommy, got negged for not having the discipline to keep your uncouth behavior in anything goes.

To those who are offended, you all will have a real job one day (hopefully) and understand that its not worth it wether you are getting it legally or illegally.

To the rest of you that are being cool and giving their two cents respectfully, cheers. Again, to each their own.

Later all, I am no longer posting here due to weed deprivation rages.

    Wow.

    So fucking typical.

It's almost as if they've done this to create another "license" one needs to obtain to own a firearm-
which means more money to be made for feds, and also to know "whos who"

    Lame.

For someone to have the card their obv not a POS in society and have some sort of
Health Ins, Thus meaning theyre probably a tax paying citizen.

A recovering/recoverd meth addict in this state unless decided by a court of law can own a firearm - a chilled out LEGAL smoker cannot ? FTW
