People using the squat rack to do bench or curls

Peoples oppinions on the use of the squat cage.

Personally I know alot of people dont work out their legs nearly as much as they shoudl however thatg is no excuse to use the squat cage for bench pressing or bicept curling!

Some of us actually do squats! - pisses me off

If you're barbell curling more than 135 pounds, I say It's okay.

Worse us a couple guys doing chin-ups in the squat rack, funniest is the guy who does full curls with the smith machine....bar only yanking himself back and forth....
Coarse edged youth, the irish pendants string from their smiles
not yet plucked as to slacken the seams
and drag down the features of age,
no folds or creases from unkempt wear
    eyes of tranquilty, crystalline-beads
no sign of despair in their hair, nor their hearts
but oh they have yet to be experienced and that makes aging so very worth it...ML circa2012

I do 145lb barbell curls in the squat rack at my gym. we have 2 racks. It's easier to do curls plus there isn't a whole lot of room to set up a barbell for curls where i go.

I do it all the time, I can give a flying fuck. I would do it in Golds gym Venice given the chance. Like some roided out wannabe would actually say something.

Just pick it up off the floor. Don't be lazy. Are you afraid that you might actually be working out if you had to deadlift the bar first?
The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...

Once again, space is very limite wher I workout.Everyone uses the racks for multipurpose.Even the trainers. 2 time national and world powerlifting champion Ron Hoff even uses the racks that way and he is no slouch.

Thanks, Hench, but I filmed that vid more than 3 1/2 years ago as a joke for a friend on BodySpace.

Not sure what I weighed there.
