Ok ... so I've noticed something recently
2 yrs ago, I was in the best shape of my life.
Then I had a GF for 2 yrs, and got in the worst shape of my life.
I'm in the process of turning back the clock ...
I've been doin' great with my program, eatin' ok most of the time ... and really stickin' to it ... seeing great progress ...
Anyways ... I've noticed that people treat you differently based on how you look / carry yourself.
As I've been making progress, I find I carry myself differently again ...
A month or so ago, I was out with some friends, and this dude comes up to me (friend of a friend) and says "Man, if I didn't know you, I wouldn't even look at you, you look mean" ...
But the funniest thing was the other night ... I was playing pool with a friend ... and some guy was walking kinda close to the table, right in the line of the shot, and he started appologizing as my friend made the shot.
So I went over and jokingly said "man, don't appologize, you just helped that mfer out ... now I'm pissed!!!"
And he looked at me and was like, "oh shit man, I'm really sorry, you're bigger than me and look like you could really kick my ass"
*shrug* ... kinda funny ...

Their reaction to you is based you the "aura" you present. When you're in shape you exude self-confidence and that can be VERY intimdating to those who aren't. That "aura" puts you in control, don't EVER lose it.
