Ok, so what's the deal? Did the little fucker see his shadow or not? And I forget, which is it for more or less winter? I want more damnit, I love the cold. Screw the heat!

I think that if he sees his shadow that spring is close. If he doesn't then there will be six more weeks of winter. I would like nothing more than for the ground hog to predict an early spring every year. I HATE cold weather!!!!!!!!!!

I love the cool, nice weather. It doesn't get that cold down here, so that's why I can say it. I am one pale mofo, and I wasn't made to live in the florida sun/heat. I hate it!!! I'll admit though, working outside on a hot day sometimes feels good, but only once in a great while! Give me the sunshine minus the heat, and I"ll be stoked!

If my wife's dafodils have a clue, it'll probably be an early spring. They're 4" tall already.

they were up before that even. It was during sledding in our front yard that I noticed them.

I do agree. I said before I hate the heat, but that's not entirely true. I like it sometimes, like working outdoors can be nice when it is hot out. Makes you feel like you're working hard. But sometimes it just gets rediculous. I just welcome the cold down here to Florida because it's rare and I think I was made for it more so than the heat and summer sun. I am Irish after all!
