    Geared Vegans vs Natty BBs

Who'd look better if their routines were identical?

    Which is gayer?

If the amount of protein was equal, the vegan would do better. Amino acids are amino acids. But, you'd be eating shitloads of beans and rice to keep up w someone eating meat, and/or dairy and eggs.

You can't get gayer than a male vegan.....

Edit* this should be in anything goes, imo.

Plant proteins lack the abundance of different amino acids so it's not necessarily a case of simply eating more as the amino acid profile is much smaller.

What a nightmare trying to get your daily protein intake on beans...

I rarely eat red meat, pork, dairy, or processed meats, does that make me kinda gay? Wait, don't answer that!
I care about my cholesterol levels and my diabetes risk, what can I say? I do eat a shitload of organic chicken breasts, salmon, egg whites and whey protein though. Maybe I'm bi-curious? Lmao

I agree that it would be nearly impossible to get enough protein for someone in bbing, especially while geared, but eating complimentary amino acids allows you to get all the essential amino acids.

Eating legumes and grains will give you complete protein.

DHA deficiency could also be a problem.

I'm going to comment, just because I have 2 vegan friends who also lift/workout etc.
My friend came over last night (chiefed and passed out).

He's 6'3" 205 lbs. In good shape. I was surprised he's gotten as big as he is, eating NO animals proteins.

But the fact is, there's only 10 amino's that are required for producing muscle.
Sure, the other 3 essential amino's are important, but as far as muscle goes it's only the 10 that count.

SO it's really not that hard guys.

Hell, brown rice has all the amino's you need to build muscle mass.

    Look it up!

I liked the chick in that movie. I saw some of that film with my nephew although I didn't know what it was called.. It had some unique elements to it but some of it was super gay. The dance off for example.
