What's your Occupation?
What do you do for a living? Just curious to see what walks of life we all come from...There's not too many in my industry (that I know) that work out of any sort, much less build muscle. I'll start.

I am the head of the PV division of a Munitions Supplier for the War on Eco-Terror. I deal with all of Hawaii, Guam, Am. Samoa, Micronesia, Marshall Islands, Fiji and many other Pacific Islands even New Zealand recently. I have a broad spectrum of clients, one minute I will be designing a tiny system to run an iPod to record an endangered species of bird on a little Island for Fish&Wildlife, then next thing I know I'm designing a megawatt system for the Italian gov on a small Pacific Island, then a power system for a hydroponics farm and then a several hundred kW for the FBI...plus writing up at least 20 residential PV systems all while training my assistant and the 3 guys who I supervise and being the consultant to the 4 execs in the office who need my technical knowledge at least a dozen times a day because they are also bidding on the many large installs out for bid right now.
All this fell on me in a perfect storm of chaos. First my mentor died in August from congestive heart failure, then the Utility company released an article warning that the circuits off of substations were reaching their maximum percentage of allowable renewable energy input, meaning anyone living on those circuits needed to act now or not be able to put PV on their home. Plus the electric rate has doubled in the last year and it is coming on the end of the tax year so people want systems installed this year to qualify for tax credits....Coarse edged youth, the irish pendants string from their smiles
not yet plucked as to slacken the seams
and drag down the features of age,
no folds or creases from unkempt wear
eyes of tranquilty, crystalline-beads
no sign of despair in their hair, nor their hearts
