Hi guys,
For a University project, I am planning on building a web app which users can use on their mobile devices to log their workouts, and over time, track their progressions in strength (e.g. to clearly show how much you progressed on your bench press, over an 8 week period). I would appreciate it, if you could fill out this quick form to provide me with some valid user research (it will take one minute). Also feel free to post any suggestions about such an app below.

bodybuilding.com already nailed this one with an app that tracks your progress as well as gives you instructional videos of exercises broken down by muscle groups.

I use my phone at the gym - there's a program called JeFit that does exactly this, you guys should check it out! I log my lifts in the rest between sets.

Yea that gets pretty annoying. I log my lifts in between sets, but never take that long. I actually copy and paste the previous workout of that muscle group so I know where the bar was set so I can try to push it to another level. People on facebook or playing games, annoy the shit out of me![]()
