Your mother blew me for $5. It actually a mistake because she normally charges $10.
So many cries of inequality stem from one of group
of people doing little or nothing and then bitching
about another group that actually does something
    to improve their lives.

Overrated, i'd rather spend them on bose headphones and I'm not even a fan of Bose.

    Your paying for the name.

I saw those that Fry's the other week, then looked at the price and walked away. $250 for head phones, not in this lifetime...

    .

While the sound quality of the headphones is great, there are many many issues with these phones.

The painting method causes issues with the construction, they usually only last a year with normal wear and tear without starting to crack.
The cable jacks are not soldered well, and break after repeated use
There is no signal sensor on the phones, so its very easy to leave them on after a listening session, killing your batteries overnight
The phones are noisy and click and squeak when you adjust them on your head
Monster, the company that handles repairs, replacement, etc, is awful when it comes to supporting them

I worked with the company that designed them, and they are aware of most of these issues, and don't really care, they make too much money off of them, and the target market segment usually cares more about looks than functionality.

its for the same people who pay $300 on a pair of shoes made in china for a nickle.
It doesn't matter how you find the pot of gold, so long as you beat the leprechauns.
TJTJ is fictional character and purely theoretical.

I can honestly say that Beats headphones are pretty crappy. I have tried the Pros and the Studios and they just suck.

I wouldn't trust the site and if you are tempted, make sure you can get your money back somehow....
