That combo would make me shit nervously.

My wife bought one of those Keurig coffee makers. I wasn't too sure about the thing, and just recently started to use it. Started brewing this bold coffee called "Dark Magic" , putting it over ice and mixing 2 scoops of chocolate protein powder.
This stuff is amazing, especially in the morning pre-workout.

That combo would make me shit nervously.

Dark Magic is one of my favorite K-Cups.
Try the Double Black Diamond kind - it's tied with Dark Magic for my absolute favorite.

No gym for home, work out floor with 30, but is it for 20 like 30 lb when you no lift it to be for men, for 30 lbs instead? or half is 10 for 20 pounds?

Dark magic, never had it but I do the coffee protein mix. Dark Magic sounds like the name of a black stripper

I only drink 100% Hawaii organically grown coffee from the smaller growers. 2 of my customers grow their own and that shit is amazing.
Coarse edged youth, the irish pendants string from their smiles
not yet plucked as to slacken the seams
and drag down the features of age,
no folds or creases from unkempt wear
eyes of tranquilty, crystalline-beads
no sign of despair in their hair, nor their hearts
but oh they have yet to be experienced and that makes aging so very worth it...ML circa2012

Be careful with the temp of the coffee, it can be warm or cold but can't be hot it will cook most protein powders into little marble sized balls that taste terrible.
If its done properly it is like a bobybuilders mocha and taste awesome.

I brew mine in a French press and let it sit until warm cause I like it strong, then I blend with ice and finally add the rest of the ingredients....
