Sure, we can blame it on anybody we want. My only point is that laying 100% of the blame on Bush is a lame, worn out tactic. After three years in office, isn't it time SOMEBODY started holding Obama accountable for SOMETHING?

He's accountable for not doing anything constructive. But he's a really good public speaker. Just not worth much else after that.
Bush is part of the blame which, in my opinion, should go all the way back to at least Carter. Mostly because Carter was a lame excuse for a president.

100% agree. I'd take the blame all the way to FDR. He's the one who started the social program snowball rolling down the hill. Pretty much every president since then has only added speed.
