    You copy the part after the equal sign and before the ampersand. I've highlighted it in the red. Paste that into your post. Double-click it to select it, and then click on the red "Tube" button above.

    Done.

    Keep in mind that some video names have hyphens in them, so you can't double-click the video ID because it'll only select to one side of the hyphen. You'll have to left-click and drag across the entire ID to select all of it.
