Check This Shit Out...
My 1 year anniversary is coming up in March and my wife's grandmother gave us 1500.00 towards a Carnival Cruise. The total cost is 2100.00 so I was pretty stoked that she was giving us this money.
Anyhow, my wife told me she was going to take care of the deposit to reserve our spot. I called Carnival this morning to verify that the room was reserved and of course, he has no idea what I'm talking about.
I call my wife and she says "we'll talk when I get home." She gets home and tells me she spent the 1500.00 on "some really nice purses and a beautiful sundress." I don't think it's necessary to tell you what my reaction was. (I'm not even on Tren and it was bad)
I was thinking about booking the cruise for 1. Just me. And not letting her know about it. What's my next move?

I couldn't even begin to imagine having that conversation. If you hadn't posted this asking for advice I'd keep my mouth shut but she's dumb. That was a really stupid thing to do.
