LOL. That brought back memories.
Back when I was a teenager, we lived in fucked up Buffalo, NY. The streets were horrible, full of low spots and huge pot holes that would fill up with water when it rained. My buddies and I would drive downtown looking for some black dude who was all pimped out with the orange or purple velvet suite and hit the puddles at about 70 miles an hour. We would damn near drowned some of those wanna-be pimps.
