Well, one day when my kids ask me what it was like back when Americans were free, I'll be able to tell them I spoke up. I wrote my representative.

I'm not naive enough to think the word "constituent" applies to anyone without wealth or influence, but I do what I can to preserve the rights of Americans. If there were enough people like me, then maybe, just maybe, we'd have a chance of being heard without "starting a bloody revolution".
