Help bring Justice to Jim's Murder

I usually don’t ask for this kind of help. But I posted this on my facebook page and have copied it to this email.

I hope to help Rachael Brotherton get a web site built (no clue how) so that we can bring Justice to Jim’s Murder and to protect the public from this murderer.

Jim Brotherton was a member of our Church, our bus driver and an all around good man. He was robbed and forced to go to an ATM machine and take out money. (see below) then he was shot and killed four minutes later Again on video.

Rachael has forgiven the killer of her husband. But, her willingness to forgive the man does not remove the need for the murderer to receive justice

    From my Facebook page http://www.facebook.com/#!/profile.php?id=100000521560063

    Rachael’s page http://www.facebook.com/#!/rbrotherton1

I need your help people! Rachel Brotherton and her family a members of our church. Her husband was murdered just a few weeks ago. Racheal has informed me that the prosecutor has changed the charges from 1st degree murder to 2nd degree murder. The man arrested in Jim's murder would only face 25 years in prison. The suspect (all on video BTW) is only 31 years old and if he served 25 years he would only be 56 years old. The suspect took Jim to an ATM machine and killed him 4 minutes later. all on video again.
Rachael wants to make a website to inform the public about this murder and wants to bring justice to Jim's murder. A human's life is only worth 25 years? If you would like to help with a website or can help me find someone. please contact my. Help us create and inform the public. Rachael is concerned that the public may face this killer again when he is released from prison.

HTF is it 2nd degree when he obviously had plenty of time to plan the robbery and to decide whether or not to kill the guy?

Have you thought about taking the law into your own hands? Perhaps you could get to him and take care of him b4 the cops have a chance.

The killer is a bad person.

Just my opinion, but I not understand how the person can be forgiven. I don't believe in bitterness, but forgiveness? Nope.

Hope he gets 1 st degree murder. It ought to be death. (If guilty.)

Update. The procesutor's letter to Rachael was not clear. After their meeting yesterday the proceutor explained that the Initial charges are 2nd degree murder. once the case is presented they will persue 1st degree murder

Also We think it wil be easier to make a facebook page listing the details and gathering support

    Thanks all

That's the thing (not saying it was the case this time) but one can plan on not killing someone but ending up doing so if, lets say, the person being robbed decides to attack the robber. It's messed up I know, but in order to prove 1st degree you must establish premeditated intent to kill the person, at least that is the way it is in GA.
