Sen. Ben Nelson Retiring, Dealing Blow to Dems
Democratic Sen. Ben Nelson of Nebraska has told his supporters he'll retire instead of seeking a third term next year. Nelson said in a video message that it is time for him to move on. (Dec. 27)
