Thread: My boyfriend is always tired from training?

Without sounding like a smartass....he probably needs more rest. If he has a physically demanding job coupled with training, that is the only solution.

Just ask him to save some energy for you. If he's not willing, there are guys who will. :P

He makes love everyday with me but before he went to workouts he also was cuddling all the time which is fun. Now he just makes love and not the cuddling. Not as energetic so its less fun"(

Hey Molly, yeah I completely know what you mean. I use to go through that a lot with my boyfriend being that he went to school, worked and worked out. He just had to take naps after all that then spend time with me.

Get a huge teddy bear or something...

It's when he only wants to cuddle and not fuck that you should be worried...

Maybe you can get a 2nd (or 1st) job and help pay for more bills and dinners so he dossn't have to work as hard...

Then I'm sure he will have the energy to cuddle...

Gaba and a good nights rest. I felt this way for a while, then I started doing a few scoops in gaba before bed, and I wake up refreshed and I do not feel nearly as tired as I used too.
