Lightbulb What are your bodybuilding goals for 2012?

I havent been around for awhile, hope all is well and everyone is healthy.

    Happy New Years,

Curious to what everyone's goals are for this following year in terms of Bodybuilding or whatever it is you're training for?

Ive been training consistently for awhile and just recovered from an injury that put me out for 3 weeks. I'm prepping for my first contest in October in an entry level competition, hoping my best to qualify for Provincials and move up.

    What about you guys?

Its a level one show in Edmonton bro. Long drive for you I think. Its sponsored by Musclebeach supplement store. Its a great show to start at and there is always a huge number of competitors.

Last year was the biggest MuscleBeach show yet. My training partner came in 2nd place.

This is him the night before his comp, light weight class.

    All natural

I'm training with Raejha, she trains a lot of competitors and national level bodybuilders. Its a little pricey but I'm learning a lot.

I'm aiming for Light-heavy weight and if by may that doesnt look good, I may have to drop to Middle Weight.

get back down to single digit bf and be able to easily dunk two handed again.
I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.

my job, new kids and my laziness have destroyed my health...I went from a 165-180 with 6-9% BF year round from 2005-2010.

In 1.5 years, I now weight 202 with prolly 25% BF now...its freaking terrible. All the fat is stomach and back fat smothering my organs.

My resolution is get back to single digit BF and be under 180...started strict diet/routine on Dec 28 and I already feel awful. Not having any processed sugar or simple carbs is making me very irritable and the 5 meal a day (as opposed to the large 2 meals a day I was having) is tough to swallow/force feed.

wish my luck. I should post a before/after photo for laughs
