    Who is the provider?
So many cries of inequality stem from one of group

about another group that actually does something

Your network is compromised it sounds like, go to a land line if you can and completely change all of your wireless security protocols if you can. If you go to MAC address only on the network and hide the wireless ID, it is very hard to hack.

nothing except the standard self-monitoring of your credit report and bank accounts. most email hacks by spammers are simply just that. real hackers looking for financial info hit data warehouses, targeting the individual is the least productive method of accomplishing that.

I have no experience with them. Call or email them letting them know what happened.

It's possible that your PC has a virus. Many viruses come with keyloggers. Have a professional inspect your PC.

    HOLY SHIT!

I made a new email account and sent an email to my old address politely asking them to give the account back to me and change the password back to what it originally was. I got a response a day later saying that because I asked nicely they would turn it back over to me and change the password back to what it was.

...not at all what I expected haha! Pays to be polite I guess.

If your wireless is compromised when you have it back up make sure you
    1) use WPA not WEP
    2) use a fairly long a complex password
    3) Change the password periodically

Once someone in your neighborhood has compromised your wireless (again WEP is the easiest) it becomes very easy to sniff passwords using unix programs like Ettercap.

Also, it is possible you downloaded some malware that gave someone access your your PC. If you had your passwords stored they read the cache and retrieved them. Also they could have got you with a keylogger and waited for you to visit the sites.

    Remedy)
    Get a good anti-virus / anti-malware
make sure your OS is up to date.

    No problem man.
Don't move anything over until you get the virus software up and running and make sure that the virus software is updated
    I personally utilize Bit Defender.
Also, make sure you change your wireless info (passwords, etc) and make sure its WPA.

    some other notes:
Disable filesharing on your pc (unless you use this in your home, if you do then make sure it is passworded)
Disable Remote Desktop Connection (this is used by newbie hackers to maintain access to your pc)
You can google how to do the above and find fairly simple instructions

    Tip of the Day

A lot of viruses come through flash advertising. So install Firefox with the Adblock Plus add-on.

For anti-virus, use Microsoft's Security Essentials. It's free for home use and doesn't nag you.

that being the case what I would do would be to wipe out the OS on the old PC and re-install. then use one of them for your personal banking, etc. and only that and the other for web surfing, etc. along with the recommendations by ckcrown84.
