    Looks like she is barely straining leading me to believe their are people holding it for her on each end.




    MEET mighty 16-year-old Bronwyn Taylor — Britain's strongest schoolgirl.
    The blonde teen — who only took up powerlifting a year ago — has already broken THREE British records.

    She can lift twice her own body weight and became the strongest female under-18 at a competition in Bournemouth last month.

    Bronwyn set three new records in the under-18 category at the Commonwealth Powerlifting Federation Championships.

    She set the first two highs in the bench press category lifting 50kg (7st 12lb) and the dead lift round heaving 125kg (19st 10lb).

    And she also won the squat lift section with a hurculean effort of 72.5kg (11st 6lb) so setting a third record for the overall weight lifted at the competition 247.5kg (38st 13lb).

    Bronwyn said: "I was very nervous as I knew it was going to be a big event, but it felt amazing to break the British record - I couldn't believe it.
