As most of you know in the states there is a bill being pushed to stop line piracy. SOPA. Or for the Rest of us ACTA. You will have seen many of the video's on Youtube basically outlining how fucked we are all going to be after this.....

So we are going to live in a world where a 10 Year old could face criminal charges for downloading a song they heard on the radio...

When I was 10/11 I used to tape songs straight from the radio, it was purely for my own listening, I didn't sell it or play it for the public nor did I use it in any other form of media except for maybe it inspired my writing or a song I was making up, this shit is going too far...

About 8 years ago, the RIAA tried to get a law passed that would put a file sharers (whose not making any money off pirating) in jail for 10 years.

This is very close to true but you must remember the most important part. It depends on WHO'S property and WHO'S life. If the property or life belongs to a rich person it is more important than anything a normal persons has or is. Blacks used to be "the" slaves. Still are but now its not just blacks, "the" slaves in our time are the ones that don't have the money to buy their way into the rich elite sector of life. It includes but is not limited to, blacks and whites, Asians, Indians, men, women, children (just ask Newt, he wants 30 of them to do the janitorial work) and anyone who is not powerful enough to buy a politician.
