The son of New York City's police commissioner has been accused of sexually assaulting a woman who told authorities she got pregnant from the encounter and had an abortion, people familiar with the investigation said Thursday. (Jan. 26)

I feel bad for victims of sex crimes, but at the same time, I think they shouldn't release the names of the accused until proven quality. Just the accusation alone does incredible damage to the suspect.
