Not a bad website though, I used to enter my caloric intake there, till I started drinking Vodka, and it was hard to keep track,

I question the accuracy of the data. The decriptions/breakdowns they use re: prepared foods don't jibe with my totals. Oh, and I'm fat as well, but I didn't need fitday to tell me that.

Prince...5'6"...maybe a touch less

Weight now is pretty much 190lbs

although I am slowing nearing 195lbs, I am on a One+ cycle right now, (3-4 weeks) then another 3-4 weeks of 1-AD, 4-AD, 6-OXO and Tribex will be next.

Nothing wrong with being short...eh Prince? We look bigger...have shorter limbs...meaning we can usually lift more...personally I'd never trade my height for anything!

Prince...what is your goal...target weight I mean?

I do not really know. I could easily gain a lot more weight but I do not like to gain too much fat. I guess 200lbs would be nice. If I ever competed again I would like to be at 175lbs (top of the middle weights).
Not sure about you, but not only am I short I also have a fairly small bone structure, which if you look at my pics you can tell by my little wrists!

I know what you mean....I also find it easy to gain weight...trick is to keep the BF% levels down. Funny as you mention it...since I won't be competing until next year I'd like to be able to compete in the 170-175 range also. I think that's a good competition weight for people our height.
