It's just now that we are living the results of 7+ decades of intentional policy making.

A man with a billion $ pays how many percent tax? Spread that same wealth over 10,000 people and how much tax do they pay??? Less than 1% of a billion $ or average around 20% of a billion $, which is better for America?

It isn't just democrats. It's republicans, too.

the problem is both democrats and republicans they are only concerned with the own jobs and wont do any real work to bring this country together.

Everyday I worry that my 2 year old daughter(or maybe her daughter) will have to live with the consequence of humans plundering mother earth...

I feel like the make it a "republican or make it a democrats issue" is hiding behind the issue. I'm certain we could get the a video from a democratic source that would flip it and be equally as convincing.

in all legal/political issues there are grey areas. A great lawyer could make you think Adolf hilter was an ok dude... Science should not be viewed with this grey leverage. Lawyers and politicians should shut the fuck up about science. Political groups should not fund science related issues. We have republican paid scientist claiming global warming is not real...
I don't know if global warming is real or not. But what is the worst thing that will happen if it is not real and we take action...maybe global economies fail, maybe roits, world world or maybe new technology that propels the human race forward; either way life goes on. What is global warming is real and we take no action. Economies still fail, wars etc still occour; just this time life does not go on.
Or maybe a gamma ray hits us tomorrow...

Their "warming model" doesn't work for the weather we've already had, yet we are suppose to believe it works for the future? We've been cooling since 2000 yet china puts up 2 coal power plants a week. It's just the latest socialist scam. In the 80s it was the Ice age and global cooling. Same players.

although I do pay attention to this matter and I read what is availaible I am in no way qualififed to make statements regarding the specifics of the science. and half the shit is over my head and the the other half feels like it is pushed by an agenda one way or the other.
I have read in several locations that the cooling of the earths climate is a result of global warming. I dont pretend to understand the all of the moving parts of this... I have seen it but could not replicate it in an understandable fashion. I know it has to do with changing ocean currents and a new ice age.

I just dont trust anything put in front of me, but that does not mean I'm not scared of some of it.

prices at the pump are determined by:

inflation on the USD
supply & demand
commodity and futures trading

all the historical data is and has always been available at U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA)

* the US has the lowest gas tax by far out of all country's in the OECD, it's why American's pay so little for gas at the pump. there is no energy exporting country in the world that exports, has a high demand for refined gas at home and has cheap prices at the pump...never in world history

The price of gas is so high is because its a commodity. Speculators who own stock, or oil companies have speculators buy an enormous amount of oil and then sit on it, making the price go sky high. This is a fact look it up. Has nothing to dowith who is president Democrat or Republian.

No, the Apocalypse the eco-extremists preach against isn't going to happen. I think climate change is real and humans probably contribute to it to some degree but we need to be practical and make educated rational decisions rather than go jihad in the name of Mother/Allah Earth.


Raising energy prices is idiotic. Obviously the 'green' alternatives aren't financially practical but many aren't actually going to help the environment. We need to calculate cost versus benefit.

America is headed toward a collapse. It's gonna happen. when, is the question. The people vote for this type of govt, now they're gonna have to suffer the consequences. It's too bad.
