Your ordinary new guy
Just joined this forum today, I actually found it months and months ago and saved in my favorites but just forgot about it till I was cleaning it out about 20 mins ago.
Little bit about myself... I've been training for over 6yrs with powerlifting and olympic weightlifting. I've never bodybuilded or plan on it. I also own www.fortifiedIron.com and www.melsiff.com(which will be done shortly in dedication to him) hmm..... anything else anybody wants to know? Kc |
