My thoughts go like this. No way is he the type of person that just walks around punching old ladies in wheelchairs, or he would have already been killed by someone or he would have already been in jail. Something out of the ordinary happened that day that made him punch that lady. I just wish somebody involved would come forward and admit what that thing is.
