Farva is probably nowhere near here. That is Route 28 in Roselle Park, NJ, close enough to where I live so that I've driven through that intersection often.
Did you notice that those cameras recorded it from every direction?

sadly the driver of that car was not killed....to drive like that when roads are wet odds are that is probably his normal driving style...
