He needs the death penalty. He's the biggest pussy of 2012.

He doesn't deserve the death penalty. He deserves to be tortured for causing so much pain and misery and being such a fucking POS coward.
Hang him by the balls then slowly and methodically skin him alive. After words cut every finger joint by joint,until only his stump of a body is left. All of this while he is kept alive. Then and only then do you kill him by shoving a metal hook up his ass then rip him apart in two.

Although your right, they will probably lock him in a padded room at night and let him out in the day for therapy, ice-cream, and T.V.

The cops never should have let him surrender. Since they did, he will most likely end up in a mental hospital. It appears he was seeing a shrink who specializes in schizophrenia treatment.

He probably really is mentally sick. Too bad the help didn't come quicker, he was obviously an intelligent kid.

Even though I am against the death penalty I wish this guy would have a a painful death. In his case he deserves every amount of pain any one can put out. (only reason why I am against it, is because our legal system is so fucked and corrupt I do not trust our gov't to make the right decisions in trial. There are to many wrongful people on death row... One is to many for me..)

I am honestly tired of hearing about it. Yes it is VERY sad, but I think it still shoes the prejudice our country has. On a daily basis blacks and mexican gangs kill more people then this kid ever would have. More innocent people die each day from gang violence. Where is the media covering this, it makes me sick because as twisted as this may sound this shit made him famous. That is exactly what he probably wanted was to be in the spot light and we gave him what he wanted. The media needs to stay out of the court system until every thing is finished. Now what happens if the media compermises the case and he gets off as being insane and stays in a padded isolation cell?

Any black or mexican that would have done the same thing would be thrown into general pop prison getting ass rapped every day. This kid is not crazy, he is highly intelligent and manipulating our entire nation. Fuck him and send his ass to big dick willies cell.

And for the record being in a mental hospital is no picnic guys try to get out of general pop playing the crazy card after a week they are begging to go back imagine being surrounded by crazies 24/7 it's kind of scary

He is soaking it up, also I forgot the guy, but just recently they opened back up a case from a killer that feels his trial was compromised by the media, because it allowed him to have an unbiased trial. there was nothing wrong with what you wrote.. quite frankly im glad everyone here isnt in charge of anything.. they seem to fancy shitting all over the constitution by promoting execution before trial, and cruel and unusual punishments..

i sure as fuck hope that none of you are ever on a jury if i get charged with something that i didnt do.. id be fucked (not saying that holmes didnt do this.. but that's why he's having a trial)

if you guys ever get pissed off at someone.. listen to some Iron and Wine before confronting them..

I agree, we live in America and a proper trial is the only way to be fair to every one. Even though we know he is guilty we have to be equal to all. Talking about the death penalties reminds me of Dewey Bozella and how a flawed government and law enforcement screwed him over.

damn.. well there you go. fuck the police, the court system, and anyone who says "well we know he's guilty so just throw him in prison forever".

The real kicker is he received a $26k Federal Grant.
