    Late Breaking News......

    Late breaking news....
It was announced early this morning that Canada is now prepared to help the United States in its war against terrorism. They have promised to commit 2 of their largest battleships, 6,000 armed troops, and 60 fighter jets.

However, after the exchange rate, that comes down to a Canoe, 2 Mounties, and a Flying Squirrel named Rocky

    a little sexist there, RC?

I am not wild about women in combat, but they are there on their own free will. If they can meet the requirements, then more power to them.
(being prior military, I find that female curve to be a total crock of shit. I do believe in one fitness standard though.)
Success leaves clues. People who produce outstanding results do specific things to create those results

if they made the woman run the same times in boot camp as the men to qualify for marines, i might agree with you. i dont care if they're their on their own free will if they're hurting the troops they're with. if they get hurt the men will naturally try to protect them more which will hinder things. men change completely when theres women around. and besides, in my opinion women are more likely to tihnk about someones family when its time to kill them. they're more likely to not pull the trigger cause they value human life on a higher level than men do.

It's always the time and place. Never is it wrong to show how well one can express their ideas in writing.

You go around spouting your above average intelligence at 15, yet your writing style here is deplorable. You have the desire to engage in intellectual debates, yet you don't think this is the time and place for functional grammar and spelling? How can this be?

No one who can write perfectly chooses not to. It makes no sense to show ignorance through errors.

Either you write well, or you don't. There is no middle ground.

I write well. The fact is, I do not have the time nor the patience to follow M.L.A. grammer rules when expressing views on an internet forum. The fact that you judge someone's intelect based on the time they have every day to make corrections to grammatical errors on this forum is something that is quite strange. I hope that I did not make any grammatical errors in this post. Furthermore, I hope you see this as a lesson not to be so critical of others grammer. If you would like, I could email you some of my research papers and essay, and you can decide for yourself how well I use grammer mechanics. Until then, leave my writing skills alone!

p.s.- where in illinois is warrenville? if its in northern half then i think ive driven through there a few times.

Hummm very similar to your points of view. so your a fem huu RC? We all know your views on killing now don't we?
As for your stupid statement regardless, we'll have to ask that little gal who was a POW. It is my understanding that even with 2 broken legs and in very bad shape, out gunned, she fired a machine gun on the Iraqi enemy until she finally ran out of bullets and she killed several of them during the process. I don't know little man,, she could stand next to me anytime in a firefight.
You on the other hand I would have to PASS. I think you have coward tendancies.

No fem as in a female. You think like a woman. And your talking shit about what you would do if under the gun. Your anti war and a passivist. I wouldn't trust you in a firefight for a second. I'm sure you would either surrender instantly or worse,, turn and run away. I can tell from things you say that I'm accurate. I'm not kidding here,, I'm dead serious. I really feel you have cowardice tendancies by the way you talk.

Her legs were broken during the inital attack dummy. They didn't break her legs while a POW. While lying on the ground during the initial ambush injured,, she continued to fire until she ran out of bullets.

so with this said mr. Macho little man,, you wouldn't have control over having your legs broken you stupid shit. You truely talk like an Idiot sometimes I swear to God!!! sheeessh what a dummy.

I only know you from what I read. When I read your incorrect spelling of the word have as "half" I second guess your self professed intelligence. Your grasp of correct grammar and spelling doesn't seem as perfect as you make it out to be. As I said earlier, one either writes well or they don't.

I just don't understand how one can go from perfect essays to making some very elementary mistakes. Maybe it's just me, though. I'd rather write well than not. Fortunately for me, I take the time to ensure what I write is (mostly) correct in grammar, spelling, and punctuation. I realized a few years back this was a much better philosophy to live by than just writing horribly. Intelligence is accepted much more readily through good writing than poor writing. Such is the way of the world, I suppose.

Or better yet,, after his horrific remark that it is better to loose 50,000 Americans then 100,000 of our enemies (dropping of A-bombs on Japan) that is conversation I can best do without.
