In case any one is curious, I just benched 405 last night and it was easy, I think I have another 30lbs left in my max or more. I need to get elbow sleeves because my biceps actually started to cramp on the negative under that load. I was fully hydrated, but hell yeah benching twice my body weight.... Goal is a 450 bench by the end of the year before I cut. Pissed I did not get this one on video...
