Through her job at a comedy club in Manhattan, my daughter has become friends with some famous comics and gotten to meet a number of others. Today she met Seinfeld for the first time.
Although she probably won't keep the job all that long, at least she's getting to meet a lot of interesting and fun people....

Your claim to fame
I freind and I were talking about famous people that we have met or seen in person. I could only remember 2 in my lifetime that was anybody "semi-famous".
mine are Troy Turner and Big Luscious (looshus) Brown. Both were pretty big in the blues scene in Louisiana and somewhat over the US. They used to come into A seafood market that I owned back then and get dem some "swimps" chit chat and talk about their tours.
I have had a pretty celeb boring life, I guess.

I had a chance to meet Grand Master Jhoon Rhee at his birthday and also one time he visited our martial arts school. I didn’t get a chance to meet in person but I saw Chuck Norris, Jackie Chan and a few other know people at his birthday.

I was personnel security for the following (not in specific order): Janet Jackson, Neil Sedaka, Muhamid Ali, Jake Lamotta(Raging Bull), Ernie Shavers(boxer), Sylvester Stallone(Rocky 3; Philadelpia).
When I was in Competitive Martial Arts (full contact open style Martial Arts) Similar to what is now known as that sloppy stuff on pay per view but only a hell of allot better) Record 98-0, and held several titles, I had the opportunity to train with Chuck Norris on a several occations at the New York Karate Academy East 56th Street in Manhattan(school that I represented).
Those are a few that come to mind.

I got to be Stevie Wonders 'eye's' to the stage at a concert here once. After that, he invited me backstage for a piece of his birthday cake!
getting a security job at concerts was very cool ... we hung out with Rush, April Wine and Motly Crue. Not nearly the list of Dero, but ...

I have meet allot of ppl i suppose, Pele when I was 10, Joe perry, Dick van Patten, The drummer for sting whatever his name is. Merv griffin, not real proud of that one. Catherine oxynberg, and Jane Seymore yummy!. Lots of atheletes, mostly hockey players that live here. I have trained some and palyed with some over the summer. alot of famous climbers that nobody here would know. OHH Bob dole i think thats it, oh wait JBO tops the list!!!
