Why the gun runs?

Because of perception.

First the 2 election of Obama which have not affect on gun laws and availability - stupid.

Now, mentioned to reinstate the ban on assault weapons.

I assume a reintstate of a ban on assault weapons would take time. Votes, passage, then implementation.

I know some folks who bought stock in some of the gun companies. They're probably doing well.

The only other gun I'll buy in the future is a .38 snub nose revolver for home protection and more importantly, on rare occasion when I'll do concealed carry.

In about 6 months you carry legally. I'm sure your gonna have to jump through hoops to get a permit though

I had my Colt law enforcement AR online a few months back. I decided to keep it after all and never took the posting down. In the past week I've have over 25 emails. Glad I held onto it.

I've been super paranoid lately with all of the shit going on. I've been carrying my colt mustang in my pocket everyday.

Semi-autos will be worth their weight in gold before this president leaves office

SWHC (Smith and Wesson) up 7.5% today to $8.36, but off it's high of $11.25 on December 7th. Good buying opportunity if you want a firearms stock.

I'm not too worried about an assault weapons ban. It's not like you can't get illegal things, this entire forum is based around illegal activities. It would probably make me want an AR even more just because they say I can't have one.

I'm hoping they already are. I'm going to a gun show this weekend and taking my M1a. I've been toying with the idea of getting rid of it and getting a platform that fits me better. Now seems to be the right time to get top dollar for it. Sure glad they haven't closed that evil gun show loop hole yet.
