    Well, unless you cooked in vegetable oil (lots of it) butter... otherwise, I think that is quite healthy. As for the dipping part!

    yea, eggs and green beans...that is kinda a weird and then adding mustard? Doesn't sound to good, but then again I have never tried it. I do like mustard...especially hot mustard

    I'd have to say, the two that stick out in my mind are Edam cheese and chocolate chips and steak and kidney pie.

    And, as I just found out, hot bean paste and canned tuna isn't bad.

    If I go out and eat I would order: chicken breast, green salad ( no dressing or croutons. or steak no sauce.... that wouldn't be weird

    Its good. I also do spinach. The mustard just adds a kick to it.

    Yes David it is healthy but you said you were looking for Weird concoctions and well eggs and mustard is weird.
