That's proper gun handling depending on how you look at it. If the guy was any good with a gun he could have made the shot 50ft away while sitting in the crowd. the same can be said about most failed assassination attempts especially those that involve bombs. they are ridiculously easy to make and detonate, yet so many fail to set off simple explosive devices. the mental midgets that attempt these cowardly acts do not see the error in their actions which is why the majority of the time they fail, as they are not trained or even remotely close to be an "expert" at the task at hand. Many have caught on to that and its the most lethal thing we are facing right now. If we were smart we would outfit our trucks/Humvees with signal jammers to kill any signal within a 30' radius of them. Just use a shifting frequency for their comms so they can stay in touch.
