i've seen some really cool stuff come out of israel for medical technology. isreali companies are good ones to work with as well. it's cool to see ultrasound being used in treatment instead of just diagnostics. smart idea that can save healthy surrounding tissue.

Ultrasound has been found to be very useful for a multitude of uses, from imaging to bone fracture healing to drug-delivery. One day you may be able to have a bone/tooth fracture healed in a few hours using ultrasound (they even had teeth regrow in rabbits). I had it used in PT to help spread my cortisone injection in my back. They can even bust up kidney stones now if I remember correctly. They even have micro-ultrasound on chips that can fit in say a tooth cap, maybe it could be used to regrow a cavity after its been cleaned out. There's even talk of using it cosmetically to make bones grow to make a person taller...
