I'm just your everyday average guy. I use to be over weight and went thought a pretty big transformation.I decided to make this page to motivate and inspire people to loss weight. The weight loss has changed my life in so many ways. I used to have back problems and asthma i would get shaky all the time. I no longer have any problems.
I will provide links to scientific studies and other varies site to help your weight loss and weight training regiments..
I don't sell anything on the page. I'll be giving out daily tips and what not to help people out with there weight loss and training regiments. I hope to see you guys on there. There isn't much on there, as i just created it. Everyday i will be adding helpful tips. Thanks
IM not trying to be a body builder... Why would a body builder or model be motivating to someone who is trying to lose weight? An everyday normal person with a job, kids family, etc will more then likely never be or look like a body builder.. Body builders and models get paid to look like that that and also have to keep looking like that to get a pay check... The page is to give people hope and tips on weight loss. Not to be some huge body builder... Does that answer you're condescending question?

Create a page and post youtube videos of motivation and songs that get you hyped up. You can also post diet tips from health gurus. Go on all the bb websites and post your facebook link and you should get some followers to go to your page for motivation.

1.) Create an awesome page with many motivational videos
2.) Post tips from health gurus
3.) Post motivational pic's
4.) Have fitness models post their pics on your page to get exposure
5.) Post workout routines and sample diet plans
Dont
1.) Do not make the page about yourself (no ones wants to see your bird chest)
2.) Do not clutter up the page with useless info, keep it on topic
