A good ol small town cop got him rumbling through some trash. He started to run and he pulled his gun and he stopped. He didn't give the officer any trouble. The officer had no idea who he was. He thought he was going to break in a business so he arrested him. When he got to the jail, someone there recognized him. Then the FBI ran his fingerprints and confirmed it!
