Advice Needed........
Should I kick this guys ass or not................????
My wife is a purchasing agent for a small mfg. company. She has to work closely with the shop mgr. She does not report to him but has to cordinate jobs with him. And when material does not come in on time, as sometimes anything can happen when you have to rely on someone else. He gets Irate and curses. Yesterday he went to her office and cussed her out. She told him that she would not be talked to in that manner. The fucker is alway rude to her, But she just waves it off.
I told her last night that, to go to the owner of the company and tell him that if this fucker mouthes off one more time, that her husband will show up and kick this guys ass. And that the company will need to call the police and have (me) arrested. I want to hurt this dumb fucker so bad.
HUMMM.........What to do?

A similar incident happened to me.. I called the guy and told him that the woman he is being rude to belongs to someone, and must be treated with respect. Or I will have to step in and do whatever is necessary to shut that mouth of his

This is not the first time this has happend. And she has made her statement. She has threatend to get an attorny.
I think it's time to show up with a 20" piece of hickory wood.

Just sue the company over Harassment. Then you'll own the company!!!

dg is right. Pursue the harassment route. Once your anger subsides you'll see this is the better way.

Violence is not always the answer... There are things that could hurt him more in the long run. Rather than just kicking this guys butt, and him getting over it in a couple of days (plus you going to jail, plus a lawsuit).
You could and should document every little detail including dates times and places along with things said. Save that for future references in the lawsuit. You could sue for mental and emotional stress or harassment.
I'm sure some of the guys here could give you more to sue for...
I think if you really wanted to mess with this guys life beyond a couple of days, A lawsuit would do the trick.
