A part of your DNA would be the same as her DNA, as further up in the family you'd be joined by blood, so it'd be incest, because your both part of the same family.

The only differeance is the DNA should have some other peoples DNA in it.

what? you'll have to explain please.............

my aunt (my mothers sister) married her husband. The girl i like is the daughter of my aunt's husband's brother. How could the DNA be similar? Osmosis?

let me be more clear so no misunderstanding (not real names)

my mother's sister, my aunt Sally, married Ed. Ed has a brother Joe. Joe has a daughter Christina. She is the one i like.

how could same DNA possibly be shared? How could it be biological incest? The only thing i can think of that you may be saying is that our mutual cousins, Tom and Mary, have both my families blood and her families blood. But i have none of her families blood and she has none of my families blood.

if this makes any sense and you could explain to me what you meant i'm greatly appreciative.

    thanx

    Maybe no blood connection then...

But some people will still concider it incest, incest doesn't have to be blood relations you know, it just has to be in the same family.

Have you put any thought into what her parents, or your parents-in-law (if married) would think or say...

So your uncles Joe wouldn't be a uncle he;d be your father etc etc along the whole line, it really does bring up the incest song where my father is my cousin and my cosin is uncle so forth and so forth...

So people just don't like that in their family and will hate that to the point where it'll brake up the family completely and stay like that for decades.

i don't know what her parents would say, they've met me and know be by reputation as a good guy but beyond that....

thing is my "Joe" isn't really my uncle, he's the brother of my uncle thru marriage.

i know my parents are cool with the concept cause my mom is always hinting about it and such.
