    My Confession ... I'm so embarassed ...

    I think my brain has been outta whack all weekend long ...

    Friday night I went out drinking ... that's ok, haven't done that in like a month ...

    Saturday ... just felt weird ... hit the gym hard, so that's good. I wasn't extremely hungry for dinner, but needed to eat ... so I went to the grocery store, hoping something would jump out at me. So I leave the grocery store with a few things ... but on the way home pass this new wing place ... and stop in to get some. So now I have groceries and wings. Ate the wings .... they were so so ...

    Today, ouch. I had a granola thing in the morning. Went for a nice, hot, crazy hot, like heat exhaustion hot bike ride ...

    Then the due I rode with coaxed me into lunch ... so I had a reuben & salad. :\

    I came home and ate, hold your breath, corn dogs. I shant dare say how many. -- followed by a whole bunch of grapes

    Then I slept for several hours, obviously exhausted by all the junk food processing. Then I was hot .. real hot ... so I drank apple juiced pureed with ice

    THEN, I went to the store, and got something sweet, as I was having a craving.

    THEN ... I had some jolly pop popcorn ...

    and now, I'm done.

    I think, no, I know, I must have cleared 4k today. I'm so embarassed. Heak, this confession made me feel even worse!

    lol, man that sounds like a really good day. Don't feel so bad though, everyone slips up at some point. You really don't want to see what and how much food I eat when I fall off the wagon.lol Just get some control and start eating clean again.

    No worries mate. We all go crazy sometimes and no reason to feel guilty. If you die tomorrow at least you can say you ate good before you went. I'd hate my last meal to be dry tuna and a slice of whole wheat bread.

    Me too I can REALLY binge if I want to. You have no idea how much food I can put away

    I'm going to use this as my own personal confessional tonight...

    i ate pasta, rice, and watermelon all at one sitting at 10 at night!!!! UGH!!! I'm so mad at myself now...why do i do that???

    I think i might hop on the bike for a while to get rid of some of the guilt.

    you guys are funny. you call those confessions. after comp #2 on may 24th i went physco.

    in one day: perogies, 8 cinnimon buns, nuts, large bag of doritos, 4 bagels with various cheeses, sour cream, crackers, McD's, and 8 homemade milk chocolate cookies.

    now it took 2 weeks for my body to feel better after this one...it was replusive...after this last comp all i have had is mini cheats...not gonna go through that pain again. I gained 15lbs in 2 days. BTW that was the edited list and not the full menu.
