Why?
Why is it that I still get email updates every time someone posts in the MMAfiter thread?
Obviously, it was moved to the mod board. I don't really need to know every time someone posts in it, unless you are going to give me access to see it.
Just a thought.

I have turned off subscriptions to updates on threads (automatically) but if you had it set before, you will still get email updates on old ones, until you go in and turn it off for that thread.
Wonder if the makers of the forum software thought of that at all, I'm not sure that the threadID changes at all (dont think so), so there is no bit to change that setting automatically with the way the software is setup currently. I guess it makes sense though, but some people might look at it the other way and get mad that they lost updatesPlus, if you are going to delete/remove a thread shouldn't it be automatic?

we have a hidden forum where we move threads like this one for record keeping purposes...but as firstorm said, just go into your settings and unsubscribe to the thread, there is no automatic way for this to happen when a thread is moved, unfortunately.
